1. Overview

Since 1964 we have been making Glass syringes on the outskirts of Mumbai. During the course of our 50 years of working we have been making number of products used in the medical and in laboratory field primarily based on glass tube conversion.

At Top Syringe, we specialize in delivering high-precision Laboratory equipment, glass syringes, chromatography Vials & accessories, and scientific supplies worldwide. Because our products include delicate laboratory glassware and specialized medical/scientific tools, we take extra care in packaging and shipping each order safely and efficiently.

2. Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Custom or Calibrated Items: Orders containing specialized calibrations or custom parts may require an additional 2 to 5 business days for preparation and quality inspection.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A separate notification with tracking details will be sent once your items have been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and chosen courier service.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order placement.

4. Packaging and Fragile Items Handling

Given that a large portion of our inventory consists of precision glass syringes and fragile components:

• All fragile items are packed using industrial-grade protective materials, custom cushioning, and reinforced cartons to prevent transit damage.
• In the rare event that an item arrives broken or compromised, please refer to our Damage Claims section below.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

For international shipments outside our primary operating country:

• Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country’s customs authorities.
• Top Syringe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local regulatory holds.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier’s portal. If you experience any issues tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We maintain rigorous quality control, but transport mishaps can occasionally occur.

• Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
